# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Whisk until fully combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and poppy seeds.
04 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 22-28 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
