Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
05 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 1 large egg, beaten
07 - 2 tablespoons milk
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, for brushing
12 - Additional breadcrumbs for coating

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a large bowl, mix steamed and chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
03 - Add the beaten egg and milk. Stir until well combined. The mixture should hold together when shaped into balls. If too wet, add more breadcrumbs.
04 - Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, coating each one lightly with breadcrumbs.
05 - Arrange the balls on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
06 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside. Let cool slightly before serving.

# Notes:

01 - You can substitute cheddar and Parmesan with other cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack.
02 - Make them gluten-free by using gluten-free breadcrumbs and flour.
03 - To reheat, bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes for the best texture.
