Sweet Pink Party Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large egg.
02 - ½ cup melted salted butter.
03 - 3 tablespoons heavy cream.
04 - 15.25 ounces strawberry-flavored cake mix.
05 - 1 cup of white chocolate chips.
06 - ⅓ cup powdered sugar.
07 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
08 - ⅓ cup sour cream.
09 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
10 - 8 ounces whipped topping.
11 - 36 vanilla sandwich cookies.
12 - ¼ cup of strawberry-flavored syrup.
13 - Fresh strawberries, optional for decorating.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and grease up a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
02 - Blend the cake mix, egg, butter, and cream until nice and smooth. Gently stir in the chocolate chips last.
03 - Even out the batter in the dish and bake for about 18-23 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool fully.
04 - Whip the cream cheese and powdered sugar together till fluffy. Add sour cream and vanilla, then gently fold in whipped topping.
05 - Frost the brownies once cooled. Ground the cookies in a food processor, mix with the strawberry syrup, and sprinkle on top.
06 - Pop it in the fridge for an hour or more. Add fresh strawberries on top if you'd like before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
02 - Best served cold, no need to warm it up.
03 - You can make the brownies and frosting ahead by a day.
