# Ingredients:

01 - 16–20 large fresh strawberries
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
06 - Whipped cream, optional, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut off the tops and use a small knife or melon baller to hollow out the center of each strawberry.
02 - In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
03 - Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into the hollowed-out strawberries.
04 - Sprinkle each filled strawberry with graham cracker crumbs for that classic cheesecake touch.
05 - For extra flavor, add a dollop of whipped cream or drizzle with melted chocolate. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
