# Ingredients:

03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold

→ Crust Layer

05 - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
06 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
07 - 1 tablespoon sugar

→ Topping

08 - 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
09 - Whipped cream (optional)
10 - Crushed graham crackers or white chocolate shavings (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Divide the mixture evenly among 4-6 serving glasses, pressing slightly to form a crust layer.
02 - In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.
03 - Spoon or pipe a layer of cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crumbs. Add a generous layer of cherry pie filling on top. Repeat layers if desired, finishing with cherry pie filling.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with whipped cream, crushed graham crackers, or white chocolate shavings before serving.
