Lipton Onion Soup Meatloaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
02 - 1 packet (1 oz) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
03 - 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-style)
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
06 - 1/2 cup milk or water
07 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Mix until just combined (do not overmix).
03 - Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and shape into an even loaf. Spread extra ketchup on top for a flavorful glaze. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
04 - Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a side salad.

# Notes:

01 - Want extra moisture? Use 1 lb beef and 1 lb ground pork for a juicier meatloaf.
02 - For a smoky twist, add 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or BBQ sauce instead of ketchup.
03 - Make it low-carb by substituting almond flour for breadcrumbs.
