In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Mix until just combined (do not overmix).

Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and shape into an even loaf. Spread extra ketchup on top for a flavorful glaze. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a side salad.
