Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
02 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
03 - 1 tbsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
05 - 1 cup dark chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
06 - 1 tsp coconut oil (for smoother chocolate)
07 - 1 tbsp crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or sprinkles (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour, or until firm.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
03 - Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Place them back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with crushed nuts, coconut, or sprinkles (if using).
04 - Freeze for another 15–20 minutes, until chocolate is set. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks!
