Buttery Onion Baked Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cold butter, 1 stick.
02 - Fresh parsley to sprinkle on top.
03 - 1 can (14.5 oz) of beef broth.
04 - 1 can (10.5 oz) of French onion soup.
05 - 1 1/4 cups uncooked, long grain rice.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven temperature up to 425°F.
02 - Evenly scatter the rice across an 8x8 inch pan.
03 - Drizzle beef broth onto the rice. Add in the French onion soup next.
04 - Slice the cold butter into pieces and place them all over the rice mixture.
05 - Seal the pan with foil and pop it in the oven for 25 minutes.
06 - Remove foil and bake for another 25 minutes.
07 - Sprinkle parsley over the baked rice and serve it while it’s still warm.

# Notes:

01 - This simple oven-cooked rice gets strong flavors from French onion soup and beef stock. For best results, slice butter while cold.
