Turn oven temperature up to 425°F.

Evenly scatter the rice across an 8x8 inch pan.

Drizzle beef broth onto the rice. Add in the French onion soup next.

Slice the cold butter into pieces and place them all over the rice mixture.

Seal the pan with foil and pop it in the oven for 25 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for another 25 minutes.

Sprinkle parsley over the baked rice and serve it while it’s still warm.
