Crispy Air Fried Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, or Italian seasoning
09 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional for spice

→ For Serving (Optional)

10 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
12 - Ranch, ketchup, or aioli for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into even wedges (about 8 wedges per potato). Soak in cold water for 20-30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry thoroughly with a paper towel.
02 - In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and cayenne if using.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3-5 minutes. Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if needed. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
04 - Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if using. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crunch, increase cooking time by 2-3 minutes.
02 - Love spicy wedges? Add extra cayenne or chili flakes.
03 - Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 190°C (375°F) for 5 minutes to crisp them back up.
